Processing & Shipping Time
We ship orders Monday–Saturday.
Orders placed before 4:30 PM (Pacific Time) will ship the same day.
Orders placed after the cutoff, or on Sundays/holidays, will ship the next business day.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hoursfor tracking to activate.
No Signature Required
Orders do not require a signature at delivery. If you are not home when the carrier attempts delivery, they may leave the package in a secure location.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see the package, please contact the carrier directly to open a trace.
We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery is confirmed.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot reroute or replace orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
